1. Peel and lower candy potatoes into 1-inch items. Place potatoes in medium saucepan, add sufficient water to cowl. Deliver to a boil over medium-high warmth. Prepare dinner 10 to fifteen minutes, or till tender. Drain potatoes; place in giant bowl. Mash till easy. Add orange juice, egg, orange peel, and nutmeg; combine nicely.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon potato combination in 10 mounds onto ready baking sheet. Sprinkle pecans over tops of mounds.
3. Bake half-hour, or till facilities are scorching. Garnish, if desired.
