I’ve been monitoring my rice energy incorrect for 3 years. THREE YEARS!!!!
So, for the final three years I've been monitoring my energy. Was once 340lb then dropped to 190. Then bulked. Then lower. Then bulked, now I'm chopping once more.
It appears to be somewhat more durable this time. Most likely resulting from getting injured and never having the ability to work out for just a few months.
So, I used to report my cooked rice as 1 cup for ~200cals. That's what I've all the time performed, nonetheless noticed progress. However, I hardly ever ate rice, as a result of I all the time considered it as too many energy for what it takes for me to be full. That was incorrect. So incorrect.
