Hello all… Fairly new right here. I am feminine, 5’11” and 198lbs.
I have been working to “drop pounds” for fairly a while, I see little or no change on the dimensions with fairly a bit of labor. Individuals all the time ask me what my “purpose weight” is… And I all the time say “150lbs” as a result of it sounds proper, lol. Husband says that appears too low. Honestly, I do not actually know. Perhaps I might be pleased at 170? Perhaps I begin lifting and the dimensions does not change a lot in any respect? Does anybody else really feel this fashion, like they’re working in the direction of a visible purpose reasonably than a scale quantity? More healthy reasonably than skinner? Lol!
I battle with being a taller lady, so my weight sounds “huge” comparatively to petite girls. 150 does not sound “huge” to me for no matter cause… I am rambling… Lol.
